Agency Chairman: Armenians of Karabakh will be able to use gov't services

The Armenian residents of Karabakh will be able to benefit from government services when the time comes, Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for the Provision of Services to Citizens and Social Innovation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan said, Report informs.

Ulvi Mehdiyev recalled that Baku put forward specific conditions, according to which every Armenian living in the Karabakh region will be considered a citizen of Azerbaijan if they agree to live in accordance with the Constitution and legislation of the country.

“The Armenian residents of Karabakh, on an equal basis with other citizens, will be able to enjoy government services and all rights. When the time comes, ASAN service centers will operate in these territories,” he said.
