204 landmines neutralized in Azerbaijan’s liberated lands last week

The Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) issued weekly information (20.05.2024–26.05.2024) about operations carried out by institutions (ANAMA, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the State Border Service) involved in demining activities in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, Report informs.

Thus, 32 anti-tank mines, 172 anti-personnel mines, and 274 unexploded ordnance were detected and neutralized.

Also, 1,164 hectares of land were cleared of mines.
