The action was organized by the Israel-Azerbaijan International Association AzIz, supported by the municipality of Kiryat-Bialik and with the direct participation of the first vice-mayor of the city, Nahum Rachkovski.

Demonstrators demanded an end to provocations by Armenian armed forces on the state border of Azerbaijan and called for the signing of a peace treaty between the two countries. A voice of protest was raised against the burying of mines by the Armenian invaders and the destruction of Azerbaijan's cultural heritage in the Azerbaijani territories.

During the action, the Azerbaijani community, waving the Israeli and Azerbaijani flags, chanted in Hebrew and English, "Azerbaijan wants peace, Armenia chooses war!", "There should be no Armenian soldiers on Azerbaijani lands!", "Armenia, sign the peace treaty!", "Armenia distorts the facts and deceives the world community!", "Mines planted by Armenians are killing civilians!", "Armenia's mines are a war crime!", "Armenia, stop the attacks!", "Armenia, stop planting mines on our lands!", "Armenia has destroyed the cultural heritage of Azerbaijan in Yerevan!" and displayed posters with other slogans.

Booklets containing the names and photos of Azerbaijani soldiers who died as a result of Armenia's latest provocation were distributed to local residents, and candles were lit in memory of Azerbaijani martyrs.
