Panahali Khan's descendant: 'I really felt all the greatness of our people's victory in Shusha'

Gulam Akbarov, a descendant of Panahali Khan, the founder of the Karabakh Khanate, has visited the city of Shusha with his family.

Report informs, citing the State Committee for Work with Diaspora, that during the visit, organized by the State Committee, members of the Akbarov family, who live in Spain, visited the ruins of their great-grandfather's palace and the street that bears his name.

The Akbarov family was provided with detailed information about the reconstruction and improvement work underway in Shusha, the pearl of Karabakh.

Gulam Akbarov said that in Shusha he truly felt the greatness of the victory of the Azerbaijani people in Karabakh and would never forget this day.

The Akbarov family expressed their gratitude to the Victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the valiant army of Azerbaijan.
