Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation working on Catalog of Turkic Cultural Heritage

President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova took part and delivered a speech at the 11th meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Organization of Turkic States.

Aktoty Raimkulova spoke about the activities of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, about the active fulfillment of the tasks set by the Heads of Turkic States, the Council of Foreign Ministers and set out in strategic documents:

"Following the directives of the Astana Summit Declaration, we have successfully completed the renovation and museumification of the Alykul Osmonov house-museum in Bishkek.

Guided by the Turkic World Vision – 2040 and the TURKTIME initiative, we are currently developing Catalog of Turkic Cultural Heritage, we have also celebrated the richness of our ancient culture by supporting the fifth World Nomad Games held in Astana. In cooperation with such fraternal organizations as TURKSOY and the Turkic Academy, we supported the holding of an International Conference on the Study and Preservation of the Historical and Cultural Heritage of the Turkic World from a UNESCO perspective. We are currently cooperating with member countries to introduce multinational nominations for Gurama (Kurak) and Turkic epics," she said.

Raimkulova also noted that the fund is also expanding digital engagement with the TurkDiscovery YouTube channel, which has captivated the audience with its high-quality educational content.

"UNESCO dedicated the years 2024-2025 to one of the key works of Turkic history - "Divani lughat it-Turk" by Mahmud Kashgari. In support of this initiative, we are organizing an International exhibition that will be presented in the countries of the Turkic world during 2025. Also, by the end of the year, we plan to hold a scientific conference at UNESCO headquarters in Paris dedicated to this significant work," she said.
