Nine Senses Art Center hosting Gobustan Code exhibition

The Nine Senses Art Center is hosting an exhibition dedicated to ancient Gobustan petroglyphs, Report informs.

The exhibition combines artistic and scientific-spiritual approaches to studying the origin of human beings and art, and calls for reflection on the deeper aspects of human nature.

The exhibition presents five petroglyphs from Gobustan, which serve as the basis for creating modern interpretations of ancient symbols combined with elements of the artist's works - five illuminated mandalas.

The exhibition is accompanied by parallel programs including the Gobustan Code roundtable with historians, local historians, and anthropologists, photographer and director Ilkin Zafarli's artistic diorama Gobustan - 3029, as well as the Gobustan Through Children's Eyes project consisting of children's handicraft exhibitions, lectures, and master classes.
