Master class on Japanese cuisine held in Baku

The Embassy of Japan in Azerbaijan organized a master class in cooking Japanese dishes with the participation of chef Matsushita Taisei.

Report informs that Ambassador of Japan to Azerbaijan Junichi Wada attended the event.

The diplomat recalled that Azerbaijan and Japan celebrate the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations this year.

"The purpose of today's event is to show the residents of Baku the Japanese cuisine, which is part of our culture, as well as to introduce Azerbaijani chefs to the nuances of cooking Japanese dishes. These dishes are traditional and will be presented in the form of a set, and in the future, they can be included in restaurant menus," the ambassador said.
