President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva have sent a wreath to the farewell ceremony for Chairman of the Union of Cinematographers of Azerbaijan, People's Writer Rustam Ibrahimbayov, Report informs.
The wreath will be laid at the grave of the deceased writer during the funeral.
Rustam Ibrahimbayov was born on February 5, 1939, in Baku. He died on March 10 in Moscow. His body was brought to Azerbaijan on March 15.
