A series of cultural events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation will be held in Moscow with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation from February 21 to March 1, Report informs.
An exhibition of works by People's Artist of Azerbaijan Tahir Salahov "Works from the collection of the Tretyakov Gallery" will open at the New Tretyakov Gallery within the "Days of Azerbaijan in Moscow" events.
An exhibition titled "Azerbaijani carpet - a new look" will be organized in the "Azerbaijan" pavilion of the Exhibition of Achievements of the National Economy in Moscow. A literary project based on the Seven Beauties poem by the great Azerbaijani poet Nizami Ganjavi will also be presented there with the participation of well-known figures of culture and art of Russia.
On the evening of February 22, a gala concert entitled "Music stars of Azerbaijan on the Moscow stage" will take place on the stage of the Musical Theater Helikon-Opera. Jeyla Seyidova, Dinara Aliyeva, Elchin Azizov, Elvin Ganiyev, Murad Adigozalzade, Sahib Pashazade, Shahriyar Imanov, Yusif Eyvazov will present the repertoire of works by Azerbaijani and Russian composers at the concert conducted by Honored Artist of Azerbaijan Fuad Ibrahimov.
