Closing Ceremony of ‘Shusha - Cultural Capital of the Islamic World’ underway

The closing ceremony of the year-long celebration of "Shusha - Cultural Capital of the Islamic World" is currently taking place.

According to Report, the event is attended by Azerbaijani officials, representatives from foreign embassies, cultural and art figures, as well as media representatives.

The designation of Shusha as the "Cultural Capital of the Islamic World" for 2024 was announced during the 12th Conference of Ministers of Culture of the Islamic World, held on September 25, 2023, in Doha, Qatar.
