The ninth meeting of the National Commissions for UNESCO of the TURKSOY Member States opened on April 7 at the ADA University in Baku. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov spoke at the event via video link.
After the event, the guests will get acquainted with the city of Shusha, and a concert program will be organized with the participation of the Karabakh mugham group.
