The Baku Sports Palace will host the Azerbaijan Festival of Japanese Martial Arts on October 8.
Report informs that visitors to the Budo Festival will get acquainted with a number of Japanese traditional sports presented in Azerbaijan, such as karate, judo, aikido, kendo and others, as well as visit stands related to Japanese culture and sports.
The opening ceremony is scheduled to be attended by Japanese Ambassador to Azerbaijan Junichi Wada and Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov.
The festival is organized by the Embassy of Japan jointly with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan.
