Yalchin Rafiyev mulls co-op within COP29 with India’s secretary of environment ministry

The Azerbaijani delegation led by COP29 Chief Negotiator Yalchin Rafiyev has met with Secretary of the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Climate Change of India Leena Nandan, Report informs.

“Today, members of Azerbaijan’s COP29 team headed by Chief Negotiator H.E. Mr. Yalchin Rafiyev met with H.E. Mrs. Leena Nandan, Secretary of the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Climate Change and her team where the sides discussed a range issues and topics under the UNFCCC in the run up to COP29 in Baku,” COP29 AZ wrote on X.
