Una May Gordon: Climate finance needs top priority

The global community should pay maximum attention to the issue of climate financing, Una May Gordon, a representative of the International Institute for Environment and Development, said at the Climate and Development Ministerial (C&DM) during the second day of Pre-COP29 in Baku, Report informs.

She noted that more efforts are needed to turn the plans agreed upon in 2023 at COP28 in Dubai into real actions.

"The next two years will be crucial for us in climate negotiations, especially in terms of emission reductions," she said.
