Mukhtar Babayev, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, COP29 President-Designate, met with Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, COP28 President, on the sidelines of the World Governments Summit, Report informs.

The sides discussed collaboration on the road to COP29.
