Kyrgyzstan's ex-PM: Cooperation with developed nations key to COP29 success

During the high-level meeting "Pathway to COP29: Sustainable and Resilient Future" held in Baku, former Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Joomart Otorbaev emphasized the importance of establishing cooperation with technologically advanced nations to ensure the success of COP29, according to Report.

Otorbaev highlighted China as one of the most developed countries in terms of technological advancement.

"It would be prudent to invite a large number of guests from China to participate in COP29," he suggested.

The ex-premier also shed light on Azerbaijan's priorities, stating, "Azerbaijan's focus lies not in the energy market, but in science and innovation."
