Many countries are firm in their decision to phase out fossil fuels, EU Commissioner for Climate Action Wopke Hoekstra said in Baku, Report informs.

Hoekstra emphasized that at the same time, this issue is a topic that should be discussed constantly:

"We must continue working on phasing out fossil fuels. This topic has taken on the role of a tool that unites 150-180 countries."
