Cooking with the use of "clean energy" will help protect the most vulnerable population groups, Deputy Minister of Energy and CEO of COP29 Elnur Soltanov said at the event "Making 2024 a turning point for clean cooking" within the framework of COP29.
Report quotes him as saying "clean energy" and clean cooking are among the proposed climate solutions:
"This is a very important issue. It has to do with adaptation, forest conservation, protection of the most vulnerable countries, protection of the most vulnerable communities and families in various countries."
