Solidarity is essential to solve the problems of the modern world and leave a livable world for future generations, Brazil's Tourism Minister Celso Sabino stated at the First Ministerial Meeting on Enhanced Climate Action in Tourism, held as a part of COP29, Report informs.
The minister stressed that new socio-economic approaches are required to tackle global issues. "Protecting the environment and actively involving young people in this process are among the top priorities," Sabina stated.
He also pointed out that environmental initiatives implemented in Brazil are shown as examples: "It is crucial for every individual in the world to play an active role in environmental protection and social responsibility. This approach is especially necessary to ensure a better future for younger generations."
