The International Youth Forum in Baku, which has brought together young leaders from around the world, is set to adopt the Baku Declaration upon its conclusion, Asif Asgarli, the chairman of the public association "Azerbaijan Democratic Student and Youth Organization," said on the sidelines of the event.
According to Report, the four-day forum will focus on climate issues and cooperation in combating the consequences of climate change.
Asgarli emphasized that the youth will appeal to the international community in connection with the upcoming COP29 conference in Azerbaijan.
"Azerbaijan is preparing very seriously for COP29. Today's forum is organized as part of the preparations for this event," he stated. The forum will feature panel discussions on four different topics, engaging both foreign guests and local experts.
