Azerbaijani minister meets with UK permanent representative to UN

The Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan, COP29 President-Designate Mukhtar Babayev, met with the UK Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Barbara Woodward, COP29 official X account said, Report informs.

“Pleased to meet with the United Kingdom Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Barbara Woodward. The UK is an important partner in climate action, and we look forward to welcoming the delegation to Baku for COP29 in November,” the X post said.
