It is very important that EXPO-2027, which will be held in Belgrade, Serbia, will be conducted using green technologies, Marta Arsovska Tomovska, advisor to the Serbian Parliament Speaker, said in an interview with Report.
"We are not only declaring that EXPO-2027 will have a green agenda, but we also want to show the whole world that this is truly possible with concrete examples," she said.
According to her, Serbia held its first presentation dedicated to EXPO-2027 in Baku within the framework of COP29 in the context of green transition.
The Serbian Embassy in Azerbaijan held a presentation titled From COP29 to EXPO2027 in the Azerbaijan pavilion, where Serbia's green development was discussed in the context of hosting global events.
