“The COP29 Presidency announces significant progress in preparations for the UN Climate Change Conference, taking place from November 11-22, 2024, in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Recent key updates the imminent finishing of the Baku Stadium, which prioritizes sustainability and accessibility. Additionally, there will be 350 electric shuttle buses to facilitate transport, an extra 4,000 rooms available through network, and a temporary media center designed to enhance global coverage.

COP29 Chief Operating Officer Narmin Jarchalova highlighted our commitment to providing a seamless experience for all attendees while prioritizing sustainability.

We eagerly await welcoming the world to Baku!” reads the post of COP29 on X.
