The Mobile Technical Assistance Facility (AZTAF) for Azerbaijan, implemented by the World Bank and funded by the European Union (EU), has entered an active phase, Report informs citing the World Bank's presentation of the AZTAF program.
According to the information, AZTAF is consistent with the five national priorities of Azerbaijan and the socio-economic development strategy for 2022-2026. Azerbaijan's Ministry of Economy is the leading partner of the AZTAF program. The budget for technical assistance is 5.25 million euros, and the program implementation period is until April 2025.
The AZTAF program is defined in four groups to achieve the four priorities of the European Union partnership - stronger governance, stronger economy, stronger connections and resilience, stronger society - and supports the Azerbaijani government through nine technical assistance activities.
