The monitoring and evaluation institute created in Azerbaijan is considered the most advanced institute in the post-Soviet space, Vusal Gasimli, the executive director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, said at the press conference dedicated to the results of the activities of the institution.
"Even the World Bank (WB) recommends other countries to benefit from our best practice," Gasimli said.
"We continue our monitoring and evaluation to increase transparency. Currently, a number of countries prefer data-based activities. We also believe that the more data there is, the more transparency will be established. So far, we have submitted 88 monitoring and evaluation reports. These monitorings serve to increase transparency," Gasimli said.
