Within the project financed by the Xalq Bank of Uzbekistan, in cooperation with one of the confectioneries in Azerbaijan, the baking technology of the confectionery will be studied by them, Gulzoda Rashidova, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Xalq Bank, told Report at the Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan business forum of women entrepreneurs in Baku.
"Also, sweets of Azerbaijani national cuisine will be supplied to Uzbekistan and sold in our country," Rashidova said.
According to her, the project is being implemented taking into account the interest in Azerbaijani sweets in Uzbekistan: "Thus, the bank will invest about $ 2-3 million in one of the Uzbek companies. This company will also cooperate with Lezzet company in Azerbaijan."
