Union of Appraisers' Associations of Turkic States to be registered in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan is set to register the Union of Appraisers' Associations of Turkic States (CAATS), Vugаr Oruj, the chairman of the Society of Appraisers of Azerbaijan Public Association, said.

According to Report, he confirmed that a request has been submitted to the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan, and preliminary consent has been obtained. The State Committee on Property Issues has also responded positively to the request for allocating a space for the CAATS headquarters in Baku.

Azerbaijan assumed the chairmanship of CAATS this year, following its establishment in June 2023. The Council comprises seven members: Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
