During the first 10 months of 2021, Azerbaijan exported 70,447.45 tons of polypropylene (primary forms) for $96.41 million, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.
According to the committee, this figure is 77.1% higher in monetary value and 4.97% higher in quantitative terms compared to the same period last year. A total of 12 countries imported polypropylene from Azerbaijan. After two years and two months’ break, Turkmenistan resumed imports of Azerbaijani polypropylene.

During the reporting period, Azerbaijan imported over 7,152 tons of polypropylene for $10.961 million, 16.91% and 37.36% less than in the first 10 months of 2020, respectively. Azerbaijan imported polypropylene from 11 countries.
