Turkish national sets up company with authorized capital of about €1 million in Baku

The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy registered Token Azerbaijan LLC, Report informs referring to the ministry.

The legal address of the new company is 37 Khojaly Ave, Khatai district, Baku (Demirchi Tower business centre), the authorized capital is €920,000, and the legal representative is Turkish citizen Kartal Rashit.
