Trade between Georgia and Azerbaijan up 15%

The trade between Georgia and Azerbaijan amounted to $847 million in January-July of this year.

Report informs, citing Georgia's national statistics service, that the trade between the two countries rose by 15% compared to the same period last year.

According to the figures, Azerbaijan's share in Georgia's overall trade made 7%.

The cost of production, exported from Georgia to Azerbaijan in the reporting period, made $485.34 million (13.5% of the total export) and the cost of products imported from Azerbaijan made $362.6 million (4.3% of the total import).
