Tesla recalls up to 700,000 vehicles due to tire pressure monitoring system malfunction

Electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla is recalling nearly 700,000 cars due to a malfunction in the tire pressure monitoring signal, Report informs, citing the press release from the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

"Tesla is recalling certain 2024 Cybertruck, 2017-2025 Model 3, and 2020-2025 Model Y vehicles. The tire pressure monitoring system warning light may not illuminate... failing to warn the driver about low tire pressure," the statement says.

It is indicated that the company is recalling a total of 694,304 electric vehicles.
