Tesla CEO becomes third richest billionaire

Elon Musk, the founder of advanced technology companies such as Tesla and SpaceX, is the third richest person globally.

According to Bloomberg, Musk, who has a fortune of 115.4 billion dollars, managed to overtake the founder of the social network Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, with a wealth of 110.8 billion dollars. 49-year-old Musk has an $ 87.8 billion net as Tesla's stock has nearly increased six times this year.

The first place in the list belongs to Jeff Bezos, the head of the online shopping portal Amazon, with a fortune estimated at $ 200 billion. Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates has $ 125 billion.

Bezos' ex-wife Mackenzie Scott also became the richest woman in the world, with $ 66.4 billion. Second on the list is Françoise Betancourt-Myers, the granddaughter of L'Oreal founder Eugene Schuller.
