Saudi Arabia's trade turnover with Azerbaijan does not fully reflect the potential, Ahmad Ali Al-Dakhil, co-chairman of the Azerbaijan-Saudi Arabia Joint Business Council, said at the 5th meeting of the organization held in Baku, Report informs.
"Last year, the trade turnover between the two countries amounted to only $13 million. We can increase this figure. I hope that in the near future, the two countries will achieve a big leap in expanding trade relations," Al-Dakhil noted.
"Saudi Arabia is interested in exploring Azerbaijan's investment opportunities. The Joint Business Council supports the deepening of bilateral cooperation and has achieved successful results in expanding relations," he added.
