Report informs citing the TASS, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said at the meeting of the Council of Heads of Subjects of Russia under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
"Dialogue of Russian regions with the Caspian countries relies on wide trade and economic ties, the regions are purposefully working to create favorable conditions for investment cooperation, using all the opportunities of the territories of priority development, special economic zones and those benefits that are provided on the basis of Russian legislation", Lavrov noted.
