Prices of commercial facilities rise by 25% in Baku

In February 2022, prices of commercial facilities in Baku (average price, manat / sq.m) increased by 6.8% compared to January 2022, and 24.37% over the past year, Nusrat Ibrahimov, chairman of the Azerbaijan Society of Appraisers and director-general of the MBA consulting and evaluation company, told Report.

According to him, the rental prices of facilities (average price, manat/facility) decreased by 17.06% since January, but increased by 7.46% when compared to the same period of 2021.
