President: Azerbaijan is one of few countries with positive foreign trade balance

"Azerbaijan is one of the unique, perhaps few countries, which has a positive foreign trade balance," Report informs, referring to President Ilham Aliyev’s January 12 interview with local TV channels.

"Because in most countries of the world, imports exceed exports. And at the end of the year, our exports significantly exceeded imports. The surplus is more than $10 billion. Every person involved in the economy sees how important it is," the president stressed.
