Number of taxpayers increases by 7% in Azerbaijan

As of November 1, 2022, Azerbaijan registered 1,397,137 taxpayers, which is 6.5% more than in November last year, Report informs, citing the country’s State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

Of these, 87.5% were individuals, and 12.5% were legal entities and other organizations.

Over the past year, the number of individuals increased by 6.1% (82.5% of the total growth), while the number of legal entities went up by 9.4% (17.5% of the total growth).
