Number of active taxpayers surpasses 693,000 in Azerbaijan

As of September 1, 2022, the number of active taxpayers in Azerbaijan rose by 4.2% to 693,171 year-on-year, Report informs, citing the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

Of this, 37,625 are VAT payers, up 8.5% from the previous year.

In the reporting period, the number of active objects (economic entities) went up 2.8% to 188,475.
