Number of active taxpayers nears 710,000 in Azerbaijan

As of December 1, 2022, the number of active taxpayers increased by 6.7% compared to the beginning of the year and reached 709,557 people, Report informs referring to the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

Of these, 39,257 people are value-added tax (VAT) payers, which is 12.2% more than at the beginning of the year.

During the reporting period, the number of active objects (economic entities) increased by 3.2%, to 189,221.
