New company with authorized capital of $1.4M established in Baku

The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy registered "Gold Alko" LLC, Report informs, citing the ministry.

According to the information, the legal address of the new company is house 3, block 5, Gobustan settlement, Garadagh district, Baku city, the authorized capital is 2,319,665 manats ($1,364,508,81), and the legal representative is Mirdamed Mahmudov.
