The Azerbaijani companies have invested $125 million in the Romanian economy so far, Deputy Minister of Economy, Sahib Mammadov, said at the 6th meeting of the Joint Commission on Trade, Economic and Scientific Cooperation between the governments of Azerbaijan and Romania held in Baku, Report informs.
According to him, the investments made by Romanian companies in Azerbaijan amounted to $30 million: "The current amount of investments does not reflect the potential between our countries. These opportunities and relations should be improved further."
The deputy minister gave information about the country's industrial zones and parks and invited the Romanian businessmen to invest in Azerbaijan.
