Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov has congratulated the entrepreneurs, who established the first businesses in the country’s liberated territories, Report informs.
"We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the entrepreneurs awarded the ‘Taraggi’ medal for their active participation in Karabakh’s reconstruction and revitalization. Their belief in the future of Karabakh and their pioneering efforts in establishing businesses in the liberated territories set a commendable example. We express our gratitude for their dedication and wish them continued success,” the minister stated in a post on X.
