ISR Holding establishes a new company

Baku. 17 January. REPORT.AZ/ The Ministry of Taxes has registered ISR Management LLC.

Report informs referring to ministry, the new company has been registered at the same legal address with ISR Holding LLC at Nizami Street, 69, Sabail district, Baku city (ISR Plaza Business Center).

Authorized capital of the ISR Management is 100 AZN, legal representative Rauf Khalilov. Notably, he is son of Iskender Khalilov, the ISR Holding president.
