The more companies in Azerbaijan receive ISO certificates, the more they demonstrate that their activity complies with international standards, the director of the Quality Assurance Department of Global Assurance, Gunel Gureishi, said at the ceremony of presenting ISO certificates to the companies of Global Media Group LLC.
“We applied to obtain these standards at the beginning of the year, at the request of the Global Media Holding management, thereby embarking on a long journey of standardization in the company,” she said.
According to her, some companies in Azerbaijan have been awarded the ISO 9001 certificate, but there is no company in the media sector that has received this certificate: “This is a first one, and everyone is interested. These certificates are used by more than 1 million companies in over 160 countries. All conditions are the same. In fact, the more companies receive these certificates in our country, the more they will demonstrate that their activity complies with international standards. We express our deep gratitude to our management, especially Elnur Abdullayev, who supported us on this path.”
