European Tobacco-Baku set to reduce its authorized capital

An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of European Tobacco-Baku OJSC will be held at 10:00 on September 2.

Report informs that the meeting will be held at the business center located at 12 Alasgar Gayibov str., Narimanov district, Baku

The agenda of the meeting included issues of reducing the company's authorized capital.

European Tobacco-Baku was established in 2001 and is the leading cigarette manufacturer in the country. Its authorized capital is 44.635 million manats (over $26 million).
