Emin Agalarov to open shopping center & boulevard in Baku suburbs

Construction of a shopping center in the territory of the Sea Breeze resort in the Nardaran settlement of Baku will begin in September and there are plans to inaugurate the facility in the summer of 2022, developer of the project, first vice-president of Crocus Group, Emin Agalarov, who is also a famous Azerbaijani-Russian singer and businessman, told TASS, Report informs.

“We will begin to build the shopping center on September 15. The first phase will cover a total area of 43,000 square meters. I plan to finish it by next summer,” Agalarov said. The total area of ​​the project will be increased to 60,000 square meters in the future, with the parking to take 34,000 square meters, and apartments on the upper floors to occupy 12,000 square meters.

In addition, a six-kilometer boulevard with a pedestrian zone, bike paths, landscaping, and recreational facilities is planned to be built in the Sea Breeze.

Construction of the Grand Hotel and Skyline apart-hotels with hotel rooms and apartments for permanent residence will also begin soon. The facilities are scheduled to open in 2023 and 2024, respectively.
