The annual general meeting of shareholders of Baku Steel Construction OJSC will be held on June 28, at 15:00 (GMT+ 4), Report informs.
The meeting will be held at Binagadi highway, 53, Baku, where the OJSC is located.
The agenda of the meeting includes the election of the Supervisory Board of the company, the election of the inspector, approval of the results of financial and economic activity for the 2023 fiscal year, and other issues.
The Baku Steel Construction OJSC was registered with the state in 1999. Its authorized capital is 4,512 million manats ($2,654 million).
