Azerbaijani citizens purchased 1,325 (17.9% more than 2020) apartments in Turkey in January-November 2021, 162 (77.9% more) in November, Report informs referring to the Turkish Statistical Institute.
51,352 apartments were sold to foreign nationals for eleven months in Turkey and 7,441 last month. This is respectively 39.5% and 48.2% more than a year ago.
In November, most of the apartments in Turkey were purchased by Iranian citizens. They bought 1,406 apartments last month and 8,594 in January-November.
Second are the Iraqi citizens, who bought 1,075 apartments in Turkey last month, and 7,622 in January-November.
In turn, they are followed by Russian citizens who purchased 836 apartments in Turkey in November, and 4,494 in eleven months.
