In 2021, 59,282 apartments were sold to foreign citizens in Turkey, last month - 7,930. This is 43.5% and 77.4% more, respectively than a year ago.
In December, most apartments in Turkey were purchased by Iranian citizens. Last month, 1,462 apartments, and in 2021 - 10,056 were sold to them.
Second comes Iraqi citizens, who bought 1,039 apartments in Turkey last month, and 8,661 in 2021.
The first three are closed by Russian citizens, who purchased 885 apartments in December, and 5,379 in 2021.
