Those who want to get an investment promotion document in Azerbaijan will pay a state fee of AZN70, Report says with reference to the proposed amendments to the “Law on State Duties”.
In addition, under the relevant bill, AZN50 will be paid for the issuance of permits for the use of water bodies for special purposes; AZN50 for the issuance of expert opinions on objects subject to state environmental review; AZN50 for granting the status of mining allotment for the purpose of extraction of minerals in the subsoil area, construction and operation of underground facilities unrelated to the extraction of minerals; AZN50 for granting the status of geological allotment to the subsoil areas allocated for the purpose of geological study; AZN100 for making a decision on granting the status of an authorized economic operator; AZN2,000 for making a decision on accreditation of a legal entity for the purpose of carrying out sports betting games; AZN50 for the issuance of an act of commissioning of electrical installations exceeding the power limit set by the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority; AZN20 for the issuance of a certificate of protection of cultural property for the export of cultural property.
